October 2013: Tai Chi and Fujian White Crane Martial Arts Seminar taught by Jeff Day
A heartfelt thank you to Sensei Jeff Day who spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday sharing his Tai Chi and Fujian White Crane with our martial arts school in San Diego. We had a great time training outdoors on the beach and on the cliffs in La Jolla, as well as in Rancho Penasuitos in San Diego. We explored both the combative and healing aspects of Tai Chi. What a rich martial art! We also expanded our knowledge of Fujian White Crane Kung Fu.
Thank you also to all the attendees who made this a great event! It was fun to train together and learn so much martial arts.

It is an honor to teach your group! I always have a great time there and look forward to our next training.
I sigh when I see today’s focus on BJJ and ground fighting among many martial artists. Sometimes this is at the expense of perfecting standing up techniques which are very rich in Fujian White Crane Kung Fu and Matsumura Style and other Okinawan Karate. I wish I lived in San Diego and could train with you guys!
